You can't really get much cuter than a cake pop. But if you can't have those, then mini cupcakes topped with a swirl of buttercream have got to top the list. It's the perfect little bite and these (done for a church function) turned out so cute with their primary colored-liners. I learned mini cupcakes are much easier all the way around. You want mini cupcakes? Please! I'll make them anyday!
