My husband LOVES s'mores. In fact, he always thinks he is going to find a way in making "that s'more taste" make him millions of dollars. So I found this recipe for S'mores cupcakes and I decided to try them out. They actually turned out really really good. It took many hours to do so, but the graham cracker cake on the bottom was the best part!What I learned: Marshmallow cream filling is really good, but doesn't quite frost even a third of what it should. Always double or triple the recipe.
